Rental Application Resources and Requirements

To facilitate the process please provide us with the following documents:

1. Fill in, Sign and send us the rental application one application per tenant. Fax it to us at 718.228.8396 or mail to 9 Bedford Place, Brooklyn NY, 11216.
2. $55 Application fee ($100 for commercial properties) for each application. We accept Cash, Money Order, or payment via Paypal.com Payment should be made to email address ami@g123.com
3. Copy of Driver License or Passport
4. Proof of Income- Acceptable forms of proof are:
   a. Recent pay stubs (last 3)
   b. Direct deposit records
   c. Bank statements
   d. Employment offer letter/Contract

Based on income level and credit results we may/may not require a guarantor or larger deposit. Click here to download the guarantor application.

To expedite the application process, please submit your documentations in a timely manner.

A 1 month security deposit will be required to secure and hold the apartment.


To complete your application we must receive all of the above listed documentation.
